N.Calvin- Cut the newspaper into strips.
- Mix equal parts water and flour to make paper mâché.
- Dip newspaper into paper mâché, covering the balloon completely.
- Snip edge of streamers, creating fringe.
- Glue orange streamers around the piñata.
- Pop the punching balloon, and fill it with candy.
- Glue green streamers around the piñata.
