Ingredients:
- 12 eggs;
- 330 grams of sugar
- 230 grams of wheat flour;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 can of pineapple in syrup;
- 1 pack of pastry cream;
- 1 package of whipped cream;
- 1 Pantagruel cooking chocolate tablet;
- 1 Sheet of Tracing Paper or Butter.
Preparation mode:
In a bowl, place 6 whole eggs + 6 yolks, 1 pinch of salt (little and no exaggeration) and sugar. Beat with an electric mixer 20 to 30 minutes.
Then add the sifted flour and mix with a wooden spoon. Place in round pan and bake at 180º for 40 / 50 minutes.
How to assemble:
- Once cold, break the cake in half and brush (both parts) with juice from the can of pineapple in syrup;
- Fill with whipped cream and pineapple;
