Recipes

Brigadeiro Caipira

For this recipe that yields 40 units, you will need:

  • 1 box or can of condensed milk;
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered or chocolated chocolate;
  • 1 tablespoon of butter;
  • Peanut candy.

Put the condensed milk, chocolate and butter in a pan. Take to the fire and mix without stopping, until the brigadeiro is released from the bottom of the pan. This should take about 10 minutes. Then, remove from heat and place the mixture on a plate, letting the candy dry. Meanwhile, mash the paçoca. Then, grease your hands, make balls with the brigadier and pass them in the bran.

Sweet peanut

For this recipe with one of the most used foods in the June festivities, you will need:

  • 1 cup of water;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 cup of raw peanuts in shell.

Place the water, sugar and peanuts in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then, leave the fire to a minimum and stir everything for about half an hour, increasing the intensity in the last minutes. Only stop when the sugar is stuck to the peanuts. Remove the ingredients from the pan and pour into a serving dish, separating them. Let cool and serve!

Candied Pumpkin

To make these delicious festa junina sweets, you will need:

  • 2 liters of water;
  • 1 kg of sugar;
  • 1 and a half kg of pumpkin;
  • 2 tablespoons of lime;
  • 1 cinnamon stick;
  • 4 units of cloves from India;
  • Crystal Sugar.

To start, peel the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes. Then, put the water and lime in a container and dissolve. Then include the pumpkin. Set aside for two hours, drain and place the vegetable under running water. Put the cinnamon, cloves, water and sugar in a pan. Boil until the sugar is diluted. Include the pumpkin and leave on low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Finally, drain the vegetable and sprinkle the crystal sugar. Let it dry in the sun and serve.

For this super simple recipe of kid’s foot, you will need:

  • 1 cup of coarsely ground roasted peanut tea, without skin and without salt;
  • 180 grams of dark chocolate;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 cup of sugar tea;
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine.

Start by placing the margarine, chocolate, sugar and condensed milk in a saucepan and place over a fire. Stir for about 10 minutes, until the mixture comes off the bottom. Turn off the stove and add the peanuts, stirring well. Place everything on a greased marble and leave it in the preferred size. Then just wait to dry and cut.

Brûlée Fubá and Goiabada Pie

For this delicious candy, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 225 g of butter;
  • 1 cup and 100 g of sugar;
  • 300 g of wheat flour;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 120 g of cornmeal;
  • 50 g of almond or cashew flour;
  • 150 g of creamy guava;
  • Honey.

Start by preparing the dough, adding 125 g of butter, 100 g of sugar, 300 g of flour, 1 egg, 1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence and 1 pinch of salt in a processor, until the mixture resembles a flour. . Then, use a rolling pin to open the dough, cut a circle the size of the shape and cover it with the dough only on the bottom. Then use a fork to pierce the dough and place it in the freezer. Leave for 10 minutes. Place the mold in the oven, until it is whitish and a little golden on the side. Reserve.

For the filling, put the rest of the butter and sugar in the mixer and beat until the mixture has a creamy appearance. Include the rest of the eggs. Add honey, if desired, cornmeal and almond or cashew flour. Mix again.

For assembly, place the guava paste in the center of the pan and pour the cream into the rest of the space. Bake in a preheated oven. Leave for approximately 15 minutes and unmold. Finally, sprinkle some refined sugar.

Traditional hominy

For this hominy recipe, you will need:

  • 2 cans of condensed milk;
  • 2 large glasses of coconut milk;
  • 1 packet of freshly grated coconut;
  • 1/2 kilo of hominy.

The night before, wash the hominy and soak it in a container of water. The next day, remove the water and place the hominy in a pan. Pour water into the pan, leaving no more than four fingers above the hominy and let it cook for about 40 minutes. Remove the water and add the remaining ingredients. Put the pan on low heat and mix everything until the hominy is hot.

For this traditional recipe at Festas Juninas, you will need:

  • 6 ears of corn;
  • 600 ml of milk;
  • 2 cups of sugar tea;
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine.

To start, use a knife to remove the corn from the ears. Then, put all the corn in the blender, along with the other ingredients. Beat for about 5 minutes. Grease a pan with margarine, pour the cream and cover with aluminum foil. Place the pan in a baking dish with water and let it bake for approximately an hour and a half. Unmold and serve.

  • 1 teaspoon baking soup;
  • 1 spoon of butter;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 1 cup of wheat flour;
